What does everyone think about seling there brands on kramaloops kazbah? Im thinking about it and Im trying to decided if its worth the percent they take from me? thanks

in regards to the %....kazbah is cheaper than the % that stores take when you wholesale.

Will you drop some numbers as far as percent?

Kazbah takes 35% and you have to pay $30 a month for "rent"

yeh...Kazbah takes 35%, you get 65%...you set your own price. sell your tee for $30 you get $18.90..they get $11.10

with wholesale accounts...the typically wholesale price is $14...and the store sells for whatever they want..usually a lil more than double what they paid so $28- 30 (so you basically only get 50% of the retail)

most profitable is direct to customer...your own website...you get the full retail amount.

its best to have a really good mix of all 3.
Thanks Man

the $30 monthly fee seems to turn some people off....depends on how many tees you plan to sell per month.

Yo guys, I'm having a small sale. Enter the code 'JULY4TH' at checkout and you will get 20% off your order.
www.distantlight.co

a 20% off sale a week after the launch?

is there something wrong with that?

Think he is trying to say that it's a bit strange for a brand to have a sale so soon after the launch. Suggests that nothing is selling.

It's a sale for the 4th of July, the american holiday. I've gotten 13 online orders so far.

Why do people care how much sales he got? It's none of are business. Why would he tell us the truth? Do it because you love it. People start doing clothing lines and think there gonna make a ton of money. I don't care how professional you look. If your designs are not hot we can't help you. Once your friends, family, and the few friends online buy it. Who else will buy it? There's a million t-shirts people could buy online. Why should they buy yours?

Big companies go out of business. I have a few friends who have started clothing brands and they made a quick $100,000 and they didn't even know what they were doing. Most went broke and they knew what they were doing. Don't quit your day job...

just hit my first roadblock my printer fucked up everything but 5 shirts all got burned and he only told me 1 had got burned and i didnt pay for that got home and looked and in the right light you can see they have burn marks..... Sucks because i planned to have this out b july 1st.....and this was the last design i had left....

and this is the first peak of the brand...

Welcome to the world of fashion/business. The real question you should be asking yourself is how your going to fix it.

i said fuck it and im gonna give up on this shit...i didnt like it any way only did it because it seemed cool

Damn. That makes you sound like the stereotypical person who shouldn't even attempt to run a clothing company.

hahahahah sarcasm.. i wonder how many people actually do feel that way? how can you invest so much time and money into a idea and not love it?

Why are you rushing? The pictures are awful? My Iphone takes better pictures. Take your time my brother and take better pictures. Why you put the shirts on the grass all wrinkled? We have to do better...A picture is worth a thousand words. The layout and everything else looks cool....

Yo, no disrespect but try not to use this thread to put all your products on. just dropping a link to tell us to view it could do the trick

Posting them one at a time is a more efficient way to get feedback on each individual product in my opinion.

..........It says your company's name on it with your logo.......I don't see much room for a comment or feedback.

Even if there isn't much room there is still room, someone could dislike/like the color etc

I'm pretty positive they hold your earnings and then send you a check for 65% at the end of the month. I am not sure how they handle giving you money for shipping, but you have to be prepared to come out of pocket to handle your own shipping. You should ask yourself if you are able to ship 100 shirts for free? I think it's a great opportunity for a small brand to be on there, but be prepared to come out of pocket when you start off and not make any money for a month.

Damn this has been spam central lately

^looks good House Fire!

On another note, I don't get why people ask for feedback on stuff that is already printed. Its not like you are going to scrap the tees because you came up with a better idea. I think its more realistic to ask for feedback before you even print it; during the design stage.
