When making a shirt with a celebrity or a published picture on it do you need to get certain rights in order to use the pic??

What's up guys we are new around here. A couple of friends and I are just about to start something we are proud to call Wilted

I wouldn't mind explaining the significance of the name. To be honest, there really isn't a cool story to the name. We actually had a different name for the brand at first, but conflict arose with the look and sound of the original name. We then had a meeting and threw some names around taking into consideration the artwork we had. Finally, we landed on the name and decided to shed some life on the dead word Wilted. We'd appreciate some more feedback and make sure to check us out!

do you even have a website? the brand really isnt that good. unoriginal concepts and just looks like another wanna be "streetwear" brands.

Woah. Who do we have here? Jake the professional. Thanks for the feedback Jake, we appreciate you taking your time to talk about our brand. Speaking from a professional end, seems like your just throwing your personal opinions out there and claiming them as facts. Quit the assumptions you have yet to see what's coming. My friends and I are dedicated to this brand and we are doing all in our power to make it our image. Not everyone has the $ to explode, but we do have dedication. Not all of us live off our parents that gives us the time to go online and talk trash. We all have to start somewhere. You'll be seeing great stuff coming out of us in the future. We work hard and try our best.

Been debating if I should post in here yet or wait til I get all my ducks in a row first. But I guess feedback wouldn't hurt @ this point.
Brand is Broken Bank Clothing
Brand and logo came about during the whole Bank Bailout thing. I don't want to be just some pop-up, fall off brand.
Most if not all shirts have a witty meaning behind them.
Here are a couple of sample shirts already in production.

The Stealing Made Me Rich and BANK$ & ROBBER$ shirt was supposed to be a shirt pack but the SMMR has been more of a hit, go figure lol

One of my favorite shirts. Only did a limited print on these because my wife doesn't want me to wear it.

Any feedback is welcome. I'm still in the process of getting tags for the shirts.
Website is up, as well as blog and a store. I have the buns just working on the meat and lettuce. Photoshoots and actual product pictures will all be done during springs. I want to have at least 6 designs done before I really try to get out there with advertising.

i hope you realize you took a stolen picture, stole the stolen picture, then put it on to a tshirt.

my advice is to throw all those shirts away asap for 2 reasons. 1) avoid getting in a lawsuit 2) huge douchebag move.
