I thought LRG would be on their since they basically shitted out The Hundreds...
Obey isn't on there either. Orisue would of been good on the 50-40's. BBC/Ice isn't on there (I guess he thought Bape would cover for it? ) Fly Coffin is on the list... at 24.

I surprised he put Mishka on the list. The Mishka guys act like they hate everything about The Hundreds (even with collabs).

Yeah I just noticed Obey or LRG isn't on there. Almost all of the 50-35 I hadn't even heard of lol.

LRG is, in my opinion, an urban brand. If the list were Top 50 Urban brands, LRG would be #1.
Obey has different distribution strategies.
I don't agree Orisue belongs in the Top 50 Streetwear brands of all time. That's where we can agree to disagree.
Like I reiterated time and again, I believe in journalistic integrity. Mishka has problems with me, but that doesn't mean they're not an important brand. As crazy as it sounds in this day of hate, I can see beyond immaturity and be objective. At the same time, there were good friends of mine who aren't talking to me today because they're not on the list. But I just didn't feel like they belonged.

Points taken but what do you mean by distribution strategies?
LRG is a urban brand? I hear that a lot but I have no clue what it means. So urban like Lot 29 and Fubu? Or is urban just another word for "streetwear brand that blew up".

Did ppl just look at the list and not read any of it. He clearly states how he defined streetwear,which is solely his oppinion. Every views streetwear differently and has their own opinion on which companies fit the genre. So stop bitching about companies that are not on the list. Btw when I shopped for tees none of the streetwear spots carried lrg,that shit was all over Macy's.

Yeah, at the end of day I guess you should wear what you like. Sales mattering is (but then putting two catergories: urban/streetwear) kinda strange. Everyone is confused as hell. Sales aint da streets ♥♥♥♥♥. Shame people hate streetwear now and days. I've always liked the art that streetwear showed me and the types of people/music/etc it introduced me to. I don't much about sales though so it's pointless for me to talk. I don't have many pieces from the streetwear brands I like but there will always be a place in my heart for brands like yours.
