Penfield 2 tone vassan vs Penfield Gibson

Lookin for a spring jacket, completely stuck between the choices of the Penfield 2 tone Vassan in Ichru/ink and the Penfield Gibson in Heritage blue.

Opinions? Why is one jacket better then the other? Also, the Vassan is 100% nylon, the other is a 65% Polyester/35% Cotton mix, what is more durable???

i love two tone so i gotta go with Penfield. but i dont about the quality. Just based off from the look.

how long is mad long? I checked up that Diamond M tees are 73cm long, and I'd be inbetween a M and L in Diamond tees. I'm 176cm so I figured with this info an M would be good in the "Vassan" jacket. It is apparently 76cm long (the jacket)

I ordered that two-tone Vassan last night. The Gibson is ill as well. I think theyre both quite proper though. Whichever version you can get for the lowest of low, thats what I'd go with.

I bought a Penfield pullover windbreaker in a medium a few years ago, and it is quite long and wide. I am around 180cm and 160lbs, if that helps. I guess the best way is to ask them for measurments.

and I think the gibson looks nicer lol

You can see the measurements of the gibson jacket but not the vassan jacket on oipolloi.com (I can't post links because of lack of posts). Just click on "sizing". Don't know how reliable the measurements are though.

According to caliroots the small is 73 cm in length, medium is 76 cm, large is 77 cm, and xl is 80 cm.

Vassan is great. I have a Penfield Kassan which is the winter parka. I sized down one L to medium and the fits perfect.
