They used to be one of the most hyped up brands, I dont see their stuff at all any more. The LA shop closed down, is the NY one still open? Did they go bankrupt or something?

They took the wrong approach... They were a New York based company and thats the only spot you could get it, reason alot of people liked it.. Then they started to put there stuff in a couple stores then decided to branch off into LA on Fairfax.. They left fairfax, opened a bigger store in LA which i guess didnt do well so they closed that, to go back to only NY store.. They had there shit in different stores, brand got watered down and people stopped liking it..

They used to be the shit but they went for the money instead of focusing on quality and longevity.

with the way i see it, alife is only for kids (especially in vancouver), it used to be a quality brand,

but than again the people who wore alife about two to four years ago are the ones rocking your tailored and toned down apparel now, theyre spring line looks more promising tho.

Damn shame, brand had potential. One of my favorites from a few years back

Always liked Alife. My 3M Everybody His were killers in pictures, them Scotchlite sections lit up like a mahfuh. They were nothing but friendly at the Vancouver store, a rarity in streetwear flagships. I could still see myself in an alife bubble tee or Wu-related alife tee for sure. Only reason I stopped buying it: local skate shop that stocked it closed up.
