Well, because you plan o wear a plain tee under it, I think the 1 button blazer would fit your desired outfit more. It's a more casual feel since it can quickly be fastened or unfastened. 2 or 3 buttons are more for formal and "business-casual" attire...

1 if you want to be "so high fashionista" and stop wearing the blazer the instant you realize you're no longer a kid. Some 1 button blazers look nice if the cut is sharp, though.

2 is always classic.

3 is a bit more formal... might want to wait till you're pulling in some decent cash and your job requires you to suit up lol.

I answered 2 button above, but I can get down with this as well. Urban is correct that if ONLY plan to wear t-shirts underneath a well-tailored 1 button would be a solid play. But, if plan to do both Tees and collared long sleeves underneath, than the 2-button is the safer all-around play.

In any event make sure to get that thing tailored well....nothing worse than an oversized blazer.

1 is a lot more casual and more modern.
2 is classic.
3.... not even an option unless you're donald trump.

1 you'll look like big money, but can u pull it off?

2 classic but still modern, for sure your go to choice

3 if u wanna look like ur grandpa, go for it
