Tees is a bit size down, i m 5'11 and 170 lbs, size L fits me perfectly with a enough room to move, not tight at all, the broke in Tees are real nice and breathable

Tees run long as well, i dont like the fits of the button downs, M is too tight, and L is too long

I agree with size down one in shirts. Got some shirts and tried them all at home then felt like getting a small now. I normally wear a medium .

I mainly wear Jcrew
The tees are true to size
