I was just checking to see if anyone wears Superdry or has heard of the line. Its been in the US for a few seasons but in the UK for about 7 years. They makes some cool gear. They have nice leather jackets and outerwear.

i live in the town that superdry started up. just done a photo assignment for them as part of my photography course at uni here. superdry is and always will be a crappy brand that people with no real sense of style buy because everybody else buys it. Almost like an english hollister if you will...

damn really think so? ^^^

i do like there backpack in black, but thats all, and lol at comparing it to hollister, but there is truth there, in my school albanians were the first to wear it now, 60% of everyone else does.

Saw one of the Polos at Marshalls here in FL the other day.

In the medium section, it was a black polo with a grey and black Superdry patch on the chest and a 7 stitched on the sleeve. Crisp as fuck. Only 7.00 on clearance too. I pull it out, the tag says XXL. I was pissed as fuck.

i reckon some of the designs are pretty cool, despite being a bit hollisterish..

but the biggest downfall though is the bullshit japanese scrolled across every item..

Chav wear is right.
I think a good way of describing chavs to somebody not from the UK would be this:
Do you remember that 300 parody episode of south park and how it described persians? The're the same as that. I believe the term is Nouve riche. They just through jewlery and fasionable clothing together, forgetting that the overall look is not the sum of its parts.
I don't like superdry because of it's generic faux vintage designs. That and its sheer popularity and wide availability plays havoc with my emo syndrome.
I'm not hating on the brand: I came into this thread in order to see if any other japanophiles found it wiered that this didn't make it flare up. and if you wear it, pay me no mind: I'm a fucked up walking mass of complexes.

superdry...where do i start.

the line is mix of preppy/surfer/mountain/performance wear.

If they would lower their price by 50-75 dollars. i would buy one.
I do think their design is one of the prominent designs for mens sportswear out there to the point that i can justify their price. THeir design is also topnotch thinking of the little details

Windbreaker is phenomenal. Usage of fabrics is top notch.
They will grow to a bigger marker, just wait and see.

I like some of their stuff. Live in the UK but I'm an immigrant in a way so I didn't realize it was Chav wear. The quality of their stuff feels really nice. It's Hollisterish I don't see it blowing in the US but it might (competition is fierce) I like the brand...but like most people in here said..I ain't buying it too pricey.

Super late post, but I got a pink Osaka shirt in medium for only $24 at Nordstrom. Like the quality and the fit.

I've got two hoodies, but on both the print is fading very fast.
