i like h&m for the price. plus I have to tuck in my shirts at work and they fit real slim so none of that excess fabric at the waist!

Oxford shirts usually aren't considered dress shirts. It is more of a casual or business casual shirt.

Large imo.. my Medium size is 55cm p2p and 79cm back length, and im 6,15" 163lbs, I can even fit in smalls.
