dunno if this belongs in this thread but whats the best way to double box a pair of shoes to ship? I tried googling to no avail. I know back in the day i saw a tutorial on how to make your own box to fit the dimensions of a shoe box without crushing it. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I would say, get a fitting box and do usps. ups becomes too expensive for lighter items.

I used to ship shoes in a USPS Priority Mail box with no problems. Plus the shipping is pretty cheap.

I used to be against this but lately everyone does it and the post office has become so overpriced for lesser service - take one of their priority boxes turn it inside out. Ship 1st class or parcel post - they have raised rates som much it doesn't help that much but does in some cases.
