mad people are coming out wit custom new eras nowadays, just wondering how do you got about doing this? i hear that really anyone can if they got the money up front and order the min amount. is this true? if so who do you contact? how much is each cap? and whats the min amount you have to order?

Nice avatar. I just got done watching some of the episodes from the boxset. The only question I can half-way answer is the amount, I think you have to order 150 caps but I'm not 100% on that. Check out New Era's website, maybe there's some contact info, other than that I'm sure someone else on the board can help you as far as companies that have done this before.

Is there any way you can just get one custom cap just for you?I would pay alot for a hat with the cheech wizard on but I don't really want 50 boxes of hats gathering dust in my garage.

Thats funny me and my boy are tryin to get a custom new era poppin off right now as well...and i've talked to some people i work with who have legitimate new era connections and they said if some regular dudes with no big affiliations in the industry approach new era they will charge them rape prices and the minimum would be about 1000-1200 hats. We are trying to go about it a different way. My boy used to work at a US Athlete store and they can order custome new eras provded they are based around a pre-existing cap..we are gonna try to do something like this.

what do you mean by that? the dunk and the new era are both timeless and will probly never get played out.

minimum order is like 120 hats. i dont think they have to be 120 of the same design. but 120 hats total order.


just go on the site and look up custom orders.


teams might be different and if you have a store you can order custom colors/variations of an existing cap design.

go to your local cap city/hoodstore and see all the crazy colored MLB/Minor league official team hats. they were custom ordered by the store owner.

hats...
new era isnt making highscool baseball teams hats anymore...theyre turn around times are about 8-12 months...you can go to the link listed on this page but that doesnt include the "5950"....anyways hopefully this will help some of you.....

Cant you go through a shop that sells new eras?
I thought that if they have an account they can order custom new eras easily. Like under 50 hats.
