Clothes for VEGAS!!!

Looking for some insight on my trip to vegas. I'm heading out there with some friends in a few weeks and the temp will be in the 100's. Most of the clubs don't want sneakers. and I'd hate to look like every other douchebag there with kenneth cole loafers, R&R jeans, and untucked Express button up!

I have a nice pair of Varvatoes shoes, they are the John Varvatos Slip Venetian. incase you want to quick look them up, can't post links since my post count is too low.

which work good with no socks so they should be pretty chill. Planned on just wearing some jeans (APC ns)

What do you think would work best for other pants and most importantly shirts.

heading to vegas in july and loaded up on vnecks for the day. personally not a fan of jeans with dress shoes..just doesnt look right imo. but why look like everyone else? youll get treated like everyone else. i mean its vegas dress like you have a personality, seperate yourself from the million of schmucks out there.

the thing is, if you dress differently, most places wont let you in to the club.

your best bet is to wear a solid button up with a tie, jeans or dress pants, and dress shoes. if you want to stand out, wear a loud tie. i have a burberry tie and it gets compliments all the time in vegas.

during the day, id just wear shorts and a tee. you'd be mainly gambling/walking the strip anyways.

just think that clubs on the strip want you to look a certain way, as mature, working adults. use that as your base and you can find other add-ons to make it your own. if all else fails you still have ed hardy to get you in.

I just got back...its not too bad, you can wear jeans and a t-shirt.

edit: oh and honestly unless you want to pay 50+ and wait 2 hours to get into nice clubs...
not really worth, better to just go into some dive bars off the strip.

honestly alot of places are letting people get in with nice denim + vans.

my friend wears a vneck shirt with a vest nice denim and some vans all the time and gets into everywhere.

the point is to look clean for most of these clubs.

if your with alot of girls then you have a better chance of getting in wearing sneakers.

ive worn jordans to places that kept saying dress shoes only.

Oshea's is right across cesars palace and they have beer pong. 23 bucks gets you two pitchers + cups and balls. and they have 3 dollar beers. sunday nights it gets packed its when all the college kids hit it up. like two bars down from there they have $1 dollar beers lol.

fat tuesday + 2 extra shots will get u messed up for sure but drinks filled with sugar give me really bad hangovers haha.

there is a new bar that opened up at the town square mall on las vegas blvd called Cadillac ranch no dress code(if ur wearing a hat you cant wear it backwards) cheap drinks ALOT of people and good music. plus they have blue moon on tap!!!!
at the same mall they have yardhouse which has over 100 beers on tap its right below cadillac ranch. Blue martini is right next to cadillac ranch alot of cougars go there which is not a bad thing

Yeah! I heard on thursdays o'sheas has a $200 prize beer pong tournament... haha sounds fun to me!

Cadillac Ranch sounds cool, I will have to check that out. I'd much prefer a chill bar/lounge with a young crowd over a snobby lounge or $20-$30 cover club. And cougars near by is always a good thing!
