I never played pt.2

but I did played the first one

I was cold with that robot dude,in that all white suit,with the headband

kind of remind you of ryu,dude use to hop in the big as mech,and just murk you with everything he had,and I also like to use strider,just because,I love the new strider game,that was on playstation

mega man was good too on that game,if you knew how to use him

sometimes I like Megaman too. Nice ground combo while holding hp then launching into an air combo and finishing off with the charged fireball is the best!

Nothing beats cable's cheap gun hit + the super move version of viper blast (forgot the name). Sooo awesome on newbs.

Magneto & Cable with Sentinel on ground assist. On good days I replace magneto with Storm. It's officially broken and unplayable. I'm sure some of you know what that means?

I use all kinds of different people but the top 3 would be magneto sentinel storm. magneto can pop people up in the air and keep them there for a good amount of time with his flying attacks. and when your about out of combos with him you can bring in storm on some tag team lightning bolt shit and when the dude your playing is finally about to hit the ground you put sentinel on em and usually dudes are dead by that time. Have fun learning that shit though, the game is hard!

And to the rest, i played the pre Marvel vs Capcom game X-men children of the atom for days at the arcade, however i grew tired of the marvel vs games because there is practicly zero balance between the characters, i'd whoop any of ya'lls asses in Killer Instinct though.

I got this game. it makes me feel really good inside knowing that i got it for 40.00 in 2002 and and five years later its worth 90.00 and up..ha ha ha

Nah im actually extremely dope with Cinder and Orchid.It's just not that great.

Two easiest character's to play , what a chock that your dope with those , try getting good with Jago , that takes pratice.

Anyone still play this? Trying to get good at this but i cant figure out a lot of the combos plus the characters im used to using (ryu and ken) are apparently low tier and im trying to main a couple good people (not god tier but like psylocke iceman, cammy, spiderman, venom etc)

Used to play a lot back in the day, so bummed that this game was at its peak when I was so young (I'm 18 now) cause I think I could have hit the pro circuit hard. My teams were Magneto/Cyclops/Cable and Cyclops/Cable/Sentinel. R.I.P the greatest game ever made, I'd try to be beast at UMvC3 but it's just not the same game and I'm too lazy to put in the hours of practice.

I mostly use psylocke/cyclops/ someone else but ill probably end up trying to get
good with magneto, storm, rogue or something.

Ive seen some damn good players that dont use upper tier and god tier characters though but almost everyone that plays mvc2 online nowadays is really good anyway ever since mvc3 and umvc3 came out.

Also im playing on a pad but i was thinking of switching to a stick since it seems to be
better for a lot of fighting games anyway. The only games im pretty good at on pad are the sf4 series really.
