Fallout 3.
Skyrim has better mechanics and whatnot, but Fallout 3 is just amazing in everything else.

Whenever I think of RPG games I think of creatures, swords, magic and all that shit. Fallout was unique in its way but I prefer Skyrim.

idk. I like them both a lot. I just prefer Fallout 3 because I love that post apocalyptic idea and I think Fallout is the best game to display that setting.

There was a DLC that continues the Fallout 3 story. You end up living and the Enclaves
attacks again if i remember correctly.

fallout 3 was my first RPG and i was hooked. new vegas was good too but TBH, not as engrosing as 3.

but skyrim took a little getting used to from there, but i'm gonna have to go with skyrim. game is just too good.

If the mechanics in Fallout 3 were as good as in Skyrim, I'd choose that. I love that setting so much more. But the gameplay/quests are much better in Skyrim. I hope the next Fallout improves on the engine even more than Skyrim did.
