Maaaan, I'm not even a huge fan of RE, I only played RE4 on PS2. But RE5 looked like ass... RE6 looks sick and all but who the fuck gon be scared from this shit? Going back and forth between super action shit and some slow pace scary shit isn't keep that "original" feel smh.

not sure if i'm going to pick this up. played RE4 on the wii and fucking loved it. one of my favorite games. played RE5 and quit that shit after like 2 hours. if you're going to ditch the survival horror genre and become an action game, then go all out action. don't keep that control scheme that ONLY works for survival horror. not being able to move while shooting/aiming? fuck that. it just makes the control scheme feel outdated

^^^Just save yourself the time and youtube it all. To be honest the game was a let down with only a few good moments in it. Just felt like they were trying way too hard to replicate RE 4 and add co-op to it...

Mmmm i'm going to go with a yes. Unless you really have it in you to go back and play all the games to understand the story. Or you can try sourcing the cannon story online but for the most part the story went to shit after Code Veronica. After that it got all weird and zombies kind of just disappeared from Resident Evil...

I liked the 4th RE and the 5th the things I liked about the 5th was that it was a really good co-op game (hard to find) and the action was good however it lacked the action and the feel of previous RE'S the atmosphere in the 4th was intense! would like to see in the 6th good co-op action but bring back the eerie uneasy tension filled atmosphere of the 4th.

According to a recent trailer all of Leon's part of the game will be survivor horror and anything with Chris will be Action like RE 5 was... I don't know how i feel about that exactly though...

i saw the demo and this new being able to move while your shooting is wack and reminds me of operation raccon city now. i liked having to stop and shoot. razz
