yea stopped at 28 for today ^^ but leveling curve is odd, saw a chart and 50-60 is supposed to take like 3x as long as 1-30 at least.

hmm my first thoughts.

its great that we dont have skill trees imo. being able to have one character that i can change around whenever is cool. also glad they got rid of the minuscule things in d2 that just took space and were just a nuisance. like tp's and identify scrolls.

monks are dope as fuck. i hit fast, deal enough single and radial damage to handle myself in crowds of monsters. shits cool

Lvl 38 somewhat half done with inferno.
I don't like the monk THAT much, i hate that we have to sacrifice a skill position for mantras which are boring to use but too strong not to use. And they are just too supportive, can't follow the damage of other classes because of all the utility we get. Other than that it's a pretty cool class tho.

In regards to comparing it to Diablo 2

This game can't compare.

There's basically no customization for your character. If I want to remake my character it will be the EXACT same experience. There is no stat points and I'm not able to make any sort of choice on the build of my character. Boooooring.

The game only supports 4 people per game (and rooms which you cannot even choose yourself anymore), and there is no PKing or dueling whatsoever. You cannot be neutral to a player in the same game nor hostile. Umm...... what? why? The concept of trading is now all auction house based and there is no player interaction.

Seems they wanted to take all of the good things about the last game and get rid of them. Sure there are new features but really, does that mean they need redesign every aspect so that this game only resembles its predecessor in name?

There's a reason diablo 2 has lasted so long and still has so many people playing it, and it's none of this new cr*p they added.

Also...

The paths and solutions to maps and mazes are not randomly generated. Everything is pre-rendered and static. In other words, every time you replay the game, it's exactly the same as before.

I'm heartbroken at what they've done to this franchise.

Are you guys keeping the graphics/sound settings on default? I'm not sure what to adjust or if it's like StarCraft where the default settings are already adjusted based on your system settings.

inferno difficulty? how are you already playing it? dont you have to beat normal, hell, nightmare to get it? is this ducktales?

anyways im lvl 15 WD, game is dope so far, just finished beating the butcher

and i agree, i wished there was more customization with the characters, i hate how everyone will end up looking the same in the end
