"Soul Calibur 5 is set to advance the series' legacy of white-knuckled weapon-based combat, beautiful graphics and groundbreaking features, entrancing newcomers and long-time fans alike," stated Namco Bandai.

Today it has been officially announced that Soul Calibur V will be released 2012! It will be coming to the PS3 and Xbox360.

The fact that moves/combos will be easier to pull off in V worries me. All I can think of is Simple Mode from MvC3. While it was great in itself for newcomers, it promotes a button-mashing attitude and less emphasis on timing and execution, therefore taking the depth out of gameplay; if SCV falls way to this solely (With no 'Normal' mode), it'd probably hurt sales a lot.

which is odd cause dude is like the ryu of this game also

its always like a "ryu" character in every fighter game

i had 4,but that shit got boring

the only thing that got dope is that you can make your own character on this

the stories in 4 was lame too
