As much as I'm a Madden hater, I'm actually looking forward to Madden 12 based on what I've read and seen so far regarding gameplay. I.E. no more suction tackles, receiver speed boost catches, etc.

I'm looking forward to finding out more in the coming months.

glad they're trying to improve the presentation
but the 1st video doesn't look any different then last year
i still see hints of suction tackles/prescripted animations
i haven't looked in to the new madden much but i doubt much has changed, ball physics really? who the fuck cares about ball physics

This is their last exclusive release so they should deliver because more than likely 2k might be popping up sooner than later.

This. It's been horrible and no point to it really. They should make it similar to NBA 2K11, where you actually have to work to get skill points and improve. The whole suction tackles are pretty shitty too, I can dive from 5 yards away and still hit somebody

Yeah, the game doesn't look too different for me, but Madden is Madden and I'll play it.

I actually thought Rodgers got snubbed out of the cover. Although I would've rather had Vick on it instead of Hillis as well, even if he already had been on it in '04. EA thought they had a smart marketing plan leaving it up to the fans. Each team's fans voted against their own player anyways because of the curse lol

I through it was a joke that Hillis was on the cover until I googled it. At least if there really is a Madden curse, no one will be surprised that Hillis had a down year. Bad idea after one good year.

But the hall of fame edition has Marshall Faulk, so thats dope. I still love my Rams and Madden 03 was really when I started liking Madden, although the 2K series was better in my opinion.

fuck they need to make franchise dope as fuck, im tired of playing with the same team season after season, and the draft better be more in-depth and exciting plus i wouldnt mind the college allstar game like we use to have, lol and team helmets for the pro bowl.
