i was thinking bout picking this game up. never have played an rpg like this or fallout, bioshock or w/e. only play dead island. is it hard for someone new to pick up a game like this? would it take me forever to get everything down?

No not really... It will take a little getting used to but it's not that difficult and once you got the menu down it's a fucking blast.

did you get the achievement for legendary dragon?

If so what level was your character?

Mine is probably at 50 or some shit like that. Not really looking to grind it out just for that achievement so I'll most likely wait for the 2nd DLC.

why haven't i encountered one dragon yet? i've been playing ever since i got it last week but no luck so far maybe because i've only been doing sidequest ever since i spoke to the jarl at whiterun? but i'm level 11 now so whatever

Once you do some main quest youfight them all the time. it gets annoying tbh

I kind of liked Oblivion better. I just felt more accomplished after doing the Dark Brotherhood in that game, it just kind of seemed too easy in Skyrim. Same thing with the thieves guild, nothing seemed particularly hard and it just seemed like both of those quest lines (which are my favorite guilds to join) were way better in Oblivion.

Yeah, you need to fight the first dragon outside of white run and then you get random encounters, and there's also word walls on different mountains

You need to be level 70 to find a Legendary Dragon. The Oghma Infinium glitch is still active on Xbox, use an old save and do it if you want. As far as finding them, save in Solitude, then fast travel to some place in the far southeast of the map (south of riften) don't quite remember the name but Legendary's spawn there a lot after level 70.

I agree. I think on the whole, Oblivion was a better and more groundbreaking game then Skyrim. There are many more memorable quests and npc's in oblivion in comparison to skyrim, but skyrim's still good.

Just picked up this game. Definitely loving it except the fact that I'm used to the assassin creed and red dead horse system. You can call them fuckers whenever you want. Not the case in this game. Game definitely has a lot of playtime due to running into dungeons/caves when you're on your way to finish the main storyline.
