I always get fps drops when i run a stream in the background, closing all internet apps and shit will fix it 9/10 times if its fps problems.

Rush Philosopher stone and heart of gold, buy lots of wards and lane with a range AD bottom lane. Let that AD carry last hit, support him and harass the other team when they try to last hit. Take Flash and Clairvoyance for summoner spell
