vice city was based on miami florida
didnt mean that niko, tommy or cj was a playable character
but that at least one character probably and hopefuly is going to be in gta 5

it could be an older tommy since vice city took place in 1986

and im willing to bet it is tommy vercetti because I THINK the voice over in the trailer was Ray Liotta who did the voice acting for tommy's character in vice city.

i think i've read that ray liotta returning is unlikely because he was bitching about not knowing how big the franchise is and not asking for enough money? so maybe they could've changed the voice actor, if it is tommy.

All of these n!iggas talking about CJ and Tommy being in this game are just grasping at straws. Like, a middle aged white man in modern day San Andreas (in a completely different story continuity) with a completely different background and a completely different voice, and you idiots are seriously like "there was a blue car at 30 seconds in the first Vice City trailer too!" like, you're all fucking wrong, R* wouldn't make the story that forehead-slap obvious so just be patient and wait till the details completely debunking your half baked theories start coming out.
