the HDD was preowned.
the only way i can get away with that stuff is if i buy a few items at one time,so it doesn't look suspicious.
like,when i bought it,i also bought my 360,an ethernet cord,3 games,a wireless controller,and a play and charge kit.my boy rang up the HDD in the middle of a few items so that the transaction looked legit.

so my gamertag/email are all fucked up. i spelled my email wrong and now I don't know how to change it. I tried to go to "change live.com id" but the only option is the id with the mispelled email address. How do I fix this?

that's a good idea except I typoed the host site part too so it's [email]xxxx@homail.com[/email] instead of hotmail haha. I'll spend a few minutes on the phone with xbox tonight to figure this out.

How do I remove a software update? I have the 4gb slim, I originally saved the last software update to the internal memory. I recently bought an hdd and I want to play my old xbox games but I can only do so if I have the update saved to the hdd. I need help fellas, I want to remove the software update from the internal memory and install it on the hdd or somehow move it from the internal memory to the hdd. Any suggestions?
