nah. Flash memory always gets cheaper between iPhone/iPod releases, which is why memory always goes up, yet prices stay the same/go down

Expect the price points to stay the same.

What? I know many people with prepaid plans on out of contract iPhones, and others with voice only plans. They only force you into data plans if you get the phone discounted with a contract.

Rogers is one of many iPhone providers here. And just use BossPrefs to turn off 3g/edge and you should be fine to use an AT&T sim w/o data.

i'll sell my 3GS since i need more space and i'm hoping for a 64GB iphone 4G

i don't really care about the front-facing camera, i'd look kinda dumb doing video chat in public, and if i'm home i have my laptop for that.

one of the best feature for me is the new screen. 4 times the resolution of the current iphone. 960x640 in 3.5". that's 330 ppi (pixel per inch).

for comparison, a DVD playing on a 40" TV is 20 ppi, a blu-ray playing on a 1080p 40" HDTV is 55 ppi, the iPad is 132 ppi, and the current iPhone 165 ppi.

330 ppi is a freaking high pixel density. text will be as sharp as paper print. plus it's an IPS display, like in the ipad, it looks real good in person.

other features such as longer lasting battery, faster processor, camera flash and such are great addition too

i just hope it won't cost too much razz

Bigger storage space is the only thing leaning me towards buying this. I think the 3G/3GS look way better and I could give a fuck about a front facing camera but my iphone is full of mixtapes right now. Damn, gotta think about this.

I'm not that impressed by the phone. The only thing making me want this is trying to get ride of my 3GS now before it loses its value. How do you even sell a phone if you're still using it? Do you activate a new phone with your sim in it first?
