Is the Air any good? Im worried that it wouldn't be very durable and with the small processor and amount of memory does it make it run slow or perform horrible???

Don't get it if it's gonna be used as your main computer.

Also suggestions on a good printer/scanner?

lookin for one too^

canon pixma mp 560 cheap, prints and scans in good quality, wireless
only downside is that it prints a tad slow.

the flash memory makes up for the lack of processing speed.
if you're not doing anything crazy intensive then you can indeed use it as your main computer. i know people who run parallels/vmware on the new macbook air and it does a decent job. therefore if you're using it for basic use; internet/and other random typical shit you'll be perfectly fine. only suggestion is to get an external to store your media.

Yeah i was already planning on getting an external. I've always been interested in the MB's and now that i got the chance to get one i want to get the right one. Although the Pro does seem nice the Air seems to be just fine to do what i want which is casual shit and run some programs every now and then. Considering i don't play computer games i would maybe use it for photoshop or something along those lines and that's it. Other than that its gonna be for school and music...

^nah i doubt it. probably just i3's with different processing speeds/amounts of storage.
one thing i do hope to see is flash memory in the 13 macbook pros. the macbook air is supposed to be the next generation of macbooks so hopefully with the next 13 mbpro release we see some of the cool similarities like slim design and flash memory.

I don't think so, if I had the money to buy an Air I'd just save up and buy a pro.

is it a 15 or 17 macbook pro? it's a recurring problem with the larger screens they tend to get wobbly over time. i would bring it to an apple store to have a genius take a look.

equalizers are stupid; all you're doing is distorting frequencies from what they were mastered to truly sound like. i'd suggest you purchase a portable amp if you need whatever boost.

1. import FLAC/ALAC files
2. jizz at sexy bitrate
3. ???
4. Profit

Supposedly Apple doesn't cover that, however when it happened to me I just said the shit stopped working, and the keys were sticky. Still though they fixed it and didn't charge me since I have Apple Care.

My advice, just take that shit in and if they ask if you spilt liquid lie.
There is a tab or something in your keyboard that is supposed to turn a different color is liquid hits it but I dunno.

looool are you stupid??

the idea with equalisers is to take frequencies away to boost others lol, not to boost nearly everything.

go take a music tech course or something nikka

everything seems to function fine it's just the keys that are sticky. I wonder what it would cost to clean/replace them.
