i need to buy some boots for the rain and im looking at these right now:

-clarks desert boot
-clarks wallabee boot
-timberland classic chukka

does anyone have an idea of which one would be best for the rain?

I'd say the Chukkas would be best in the rain (my desert boots seem to thin for it), but really suede/nubuck and rain isn't the best idea. Even with waterproofing, they are gonna turn ugly real fast. You would be much better off with regular leather.

I'm wondering a similar question, beeswax desert boots or 8138 Red Wings for the Fall/Winter. I personally don't like Tims in anything but the 6'. Sorry for the late bump
