Just wondering how to size on NB trainers, i remember someone telling me you had to size up 1/down 1 from your usual size but im not sure what one it was.. thnx in advance

I would say downsize 1. Bought the same size in nike and new balance and the new balance ones are a bit to big.

On the new 998DBs I'd say go half a size down, there slightly roomy IMO.

How do New Balance fit compared to Vans? I'm a 9 in vans, should I go 8.5 NB?

NB original are a wider fit shoe so I'd recommend dropping 1/2 to 1 size. They are a similar fit to the KT26 from the same 70s/80s era of trainers when shoes were a more generous fit.

VANS tend to be a narrow fit so you often go up a size to fit them.

I just got in the NB M890 Revlite Orange. I bought a half size down and they fit well. I was just curious as to what I needed to buy, but I just guessed and turns out, I guessed correctly. (:

Yes, I have a pair os US 8.5 New balance and I am 9US in vans, that's how you should size.
