you just have to break them in bro. Best shoe ever imo
Feb 09, 2012 @ 18:08
give it time breh, i felt the same thing
Feb 12, 2012 @ 21:50
best skate shoe.

often depends on the material, usually Janoskis will fit tight for the first week or so. Be a man and tough through it.. they'll get more comfortable after being broken in.

then you obviously have the wrong size or somehting.
janoskis will be loose as fuck after the first week.

i've worn size 10 in jordans and sbs for years and years now like i said "they hurt the hell outta my little toe and big toe cause of how narrow the toe box is shaped" there is a reasonable amount of room for my foot so sizing isn't wrong.

Feb 16, 2012 @ 19:26

I felt the EXACT same thing. I actually got blisters.

What i did was wear likr 5x socks and wore them around the house
to break them in. Its hell to break them in.

Never again will i buy another pair.

yeah i don't skateboard in them or wear them for everyday casual wear not really my style.i only wear them to the club or some special events with khakis and i don't do either very often.so yeah probably just need to wear them more often.i wear them even tho they hurt my feet after two years because i have the reed/stone colorway and they look nice with khakis & a collared shirt but majority of the time i rock diamond gear & matching j's or air max on the feet swag!

lol well that's why they're uncomfortable as well, you're used to jordans and air max's. depending on the j's, they can get uncomfortable but most fit nicely. air max imo are the best i guess, series/technology nike has ever released.

I'm a size 9 normally and as soon as I tried it on at the store I immediately felt the tightness. So I just got a half size up. After a few months it still fits perfectly for me.

Yeah they're too narrow for my foot. But oh well, I do like the Koston more.

Janoski's have such a good feel when I skate but gotta admit Vans got more cushion.

Way less cushion in the sole, you can feel the impact on stair sets.

Mar 25, 2012 @ 22:08

Janoskis look dope, but personally I think they are kinda shit to skate in. Last a good 2 or 3 weeks but they seem to not loosen up much and feel stiff. Bought 2 pairs of team editions and janoskis about 3 weeks ago... still on the first pair of team editions, similar but better to the janoskis as they are more comftable, loosen up better and more board feel. rant on!

HOnestly, these shoes are supposed to be super comfortable, just wait for them to break in as the others said.
Apr 03, 2012 @ 04:55
My toes hurt too, after a week of casually wearing them the loosened up and were perfect.
Apr 04, 2012 @ 17:51
Had this too. Wanted to give them away because I almost had to cry because of the pain haha. But now they fit very nicely. blushing

I wonder if it's with all janoskis or only with the leather ones though?
Apr 09, 2012 @ 16:21
