quality is what you expect. it's good, just not older model good.

The tongue is just hella stiff compared to my '01's from what I remember. And the paint looks really crisp and glossy compared to older paint. also the tumbled leather is really stiff compared to the soft '01.

I'm sure that'll work itself out when they are broken in though.

i know the quality on retros these days are sub par that being said I usually wouldn't take the time to complain.The quality of these are just awful the materials are just cheap and the paint craftsmanship is just sloppy with spots missed I had to get some arts & crafts paint and paint the spots in myself.The leather on these is not really stiff don't know why the above person is saying that.The toe box is already pre-creased I only tried my pair on and wore them in my room for 5 min. and they already started to crease.If you have and og or older retro pair in decent shape already i wouldn't buy these if you need a replacement cause your older pair is beat or you don't have them to wear already i would cop them to much of a classic to pass on.I wouldn't recommend a person to buy these to collect you can tell in a couple of years these shoes are going to crack and fall apart.If you are buying these to hoop in these things are going to fall apart in no time jb should rename retro to replica cause these sneakers are made for looks only and they aren't made for athletics.

i don't know if it's just my pair but yes the quality is worse than the white cement & true blue 3's that released this year.I have heard many other people complain on the quality on these also.I bought mine from a legit major retailer at my local mall.could other people Please comment on the quality of their 2011 black cement 3's?

just got my iii's through the mail today. quality is pretty damn good to me. for sure these felt a half size bigger than normal but i'll survive. fedex on the other hand screwed me over with a 40$ charge...da fuck is dis?

Actually I got mine in the mail today, the quality is kinda cheap I think. My friend's cements are already chipping on the heels. I have the '01 cements and it hasn't chipped yet.

Just seen a pair in person, they quality is cheap without a doubt.

The tumbled leather I could forgive but the smooth leather below it is fucking awful like plastic!!!

I feel like my white cements are more sturdy then these, my right pair came with a factory crease and has less elephant print than the left pair on the heel. Idk, I feel like the leather on these are thinner than the white cements but it's still ok.

i agree with ^ comment it's based on luck with the quality of the pair you buy sh*ts lame

the pair i purchased as i mentioned before had more than a couple of flaws i went to where i purchased my pair of black cements yesterday and the ones they had on display were defect & pre-crease free sh*t had me mad as hell!

All of the 3s I bought this year were decent quality, I guess I was just lucky. My 7s were all in awful condition though and I got them at the nikestore. My bordeauxs missed some black paint on the front and my Orion Blues had an odd shape.
