what if it was a paypal transaction? i dont know how anyone would pay him with credit card anyways

your paypal should either be linked to your credit card or bank account/debit card.
if you do not stash credit on ur pp, it would pull money from ur credit card or bank account.
Thats how you pay with a credit/debit card...

if its linked a to cc, file a chargeback through your company.
I'd say your more likely to succeed filing through them than through paypal.


my paypal is hooked to my debit card but it still takes like 3-5 days to put money in to my account. so im assuming a drawback wouldne work? it would just try to take money out of my paypal that isnt there?

theres still a way to get your money back even if you send by gift....if you wrote down in the notes saying something along the lines of "payment for such and such" or anything along the lines of the shoe and size itself. Just tell paypal seller insisted you to pay by gift payment and you should be able to get your money back.
