Shop near me has 9.5 sk8 his and Chukka and 10.5 eras. If someone has a 9.5 era and needs a 10.5 I will pick them up and trade. Also I'll try and do pick ups on the sk8 his and chukkas. Hit me up yall.

It’s too bad all this is starting to come to light now, be warned this “Legasee” guy is a scammer. I think a few of us have been scammed by this punk and unfortunately have waited long enough now to realize his so called “order” isn’t coming in. I was stupid enough to send him payment as I needed a pair of Wtaps Eras sz 8.5 for an xmas gift after he tells me had them on hand. After I made payment the A**hole tells me he doesn’t have my size but it will come for sure next week. At this point I wanted my money back. Well it’s been over a week for me and he has stopped replying to my emails for the last 5 days. *Pretty low to be scamming off people during the holidays*. It’s a good wake up call, as only a few members do legitimate hook ups these days. Anyone with info on him or updates please post here or PM me, I will do what I can to get this guy. What goes around comes around.

I didn't wanna jump the gun and call him a scammer when he said gift payment's only. It's just really suspect when you're willing to pay the % fee on Paypal and he refuses. People on the forum had problems with him before, just read a thread in the marketplace about him not sending out the stuff. Hope you guy's get your money back though.

I look at it now and I'm pretty disappointed in how truly stupid of me that was. haha. I've never fallen for that trick but for some reason this time I just didn't think.

Call your credit card company and file a chargeback.
Should be able to get your money back.

if you used a debit card, well sorry for you. Live and learn.
Shouldn't be using a debit card for anything other than bank transactions anyway.

your paypal should either be linked to your credit card or bank account/debit card.
if you do not stash credit on ur pp, it would pull money from ur credit card or bank account.
Thats how you pay with a credit/debit card...

if its linked a to cc, file a chargeback through your company.
I'd say your more likely to succeed filing through them than through paypal.
