The belt better be worth the time I've been waiting for this. I fucking sent my payment on the 9th of September and I still haven't received shipping confirmation. They don't answer emails also so unless you absolutely need one of these belts I strongly suggest dealing with another shop. Very bad customer service IMO

Tony,

Your belt has already gone out. I haven't answered your emails because I haven't been in the studio since Monday. I thought that I sent you an email the other day regarding the shipment but i'll go back over the records right now. Just so you know, we state on the website that the process on the belts can take 2-3 weeks and sometimes even longer when we are really busy.

Trust me the belt will be worth the wait and don't be so upset sir!

not too happy with my belt..initially ordered the wrong size and they easily let me switch sizes with free shipping back which was a nice gesture..but upon getting my belt today..definitely does not look like it was made to order, there are cracks and scratches everywhere, looks worn out around all the edges and one of the buttons always pops off when i try to put it on..don't even know what to do with it now

tip to the person above.

don't use public forums to complain. contact tanner goods and explain the situation, most likely they'll work with you to resolve your issues.

they cut the leather to make the belts so they all have small scratches on it dude. and besides wear the fucking belt. after 3 or 4 months you wont even remember what it looks like, what person wants a perfect looking leather belt. it doesnt take away from the quality and i can promise you the belt was made for you. also, if your buttons wont snap closed take a damp cloth and get that part of the belt alittle wet and clamp it down with your hands. that will fix your problem. the snap closure popping up is common at first when the leather is still stiff.

Black Friday Pomotion
Greetings.

Hope this email finds you well. We've been busy gearing up for the holiday season, and wanted to pass along an invitation to take 20% off any Tanner Goods purchase from November 27th through December 1st. We only offer a discount on our goods once a year, so if you've been contemplating picking up a new belt or wallet for yourself or one as a gift, now is a great time.

When checking out at our online shop, simply enter the promotional code TGBLACK and 20% will be taken off your total.

In addition, we will also be offering a complimentary set of beer coasters for all orders over $100. These are cut from heavyweight 8/9 oz natural strap leather, and feature our mallet makers mark stamp. Watch it age with every beer.

Hope you all have a great weekend....thanks for your continued patronage!
-Tanner Goods crew.

We've recently added a new color to our Standard belt lineup: Mahogany. This deep wine-colored English Bridle leather is a nice autumn / winter hue. Available with nickel or black hardware.

We are well prepared for this but I must say the response has been phenomenal. Thanks for all the support guys.

You may witness a slight amount of lag time but the usual estimated order time of 2-3 weeks from our productions studio to your door will still be in affect. I would expect a large majority of them to go out even before then.

oh and this is MIke, not Sam.

If you guys have any other questions feel free to ask away. Im in the shop all weekend so I'll be checking in frequently

hope ya'll had a good turkey day

best,

-Mike
