I personally haven't bought a single piece of bape since 1999, but you still can't help but admire what Nigo has achieved over the years regardless of what some people say or think.

i'm gona agree with you guys. i think the quality of BAPE has continued to get better and better but it has lost its mystique and rare appeal. I'm sure Nigo is well aware of this but its hard to change that up completely when he is making money hand over fist

I wont lie i just started my bape game......when i was in high school people had so much bootlegs it got to the point where i didnt even want a piece of bape...at first i thought bape hoodies were like 300 n up but when i seen dem for like 150 n up i was like wow...if people could buy jordans why da hell r they buying bootlegged bape hoodies...but oh well...im on my bape game now since people dont do it anymore...n the quality to me is very good so i dont think im turing back for a while.

spring 09 is ok just hope more products come out cuz the store in soho is sold out of a lot of things

get your normal size they fit a little smaller than american companys do but not enough to go up a size. if youve worn bape or bbc before they crews run just like the ts do

I personally love bape. I've been admiring the brand since I was 12, and now that I'm 20, I've been able to establish a pretty good collection. I just purchased the blue fire camo from the spring 09 collection. I can't wait for it. Although, some of the things they produce is a little off the chart in a bad way, you can't help to see that Nigo is trying to make his brand more innovative than it already is. I give props to him and to his success.

whats good man?? well first of all let me know where u seen the 09 woodland shark camo hoodie at for 270! and second of all how am i trying to hustla to u and u didnt even say or not if u was trying to buy the hoodie.. look man call the bape ny store and ask them how much the hoodie is its like 320 and i got the tissue so everything came up to like 358 with shipping im not trying to hustla nobody i just want a good price for the hoody that cost me 340 and i said i will give a free pair of dr feel good dunks with the hoody if someone buys the hoodie. i ididnt ever say i was charging the whole 340..

i heard it was 317 at bws ny and la and are sellin for 495 on cliffedge. but i think the way to tell the price from the website is like times it by .0119 or something like that not just convert it, i saw something like that on bapetalk a wile back. but if you really want to sell it you should look at bapetalk or bapetalk2 but you gotta have 100+ posts to sell there. And you are definatly ganna take a loss

Yup thats what happened to me I wore BAPE before all the kids started watching TV trying to immitate with some bootlegs then I stopped for that same reason and now that its not around as much im back on to my ol' Love.

about a year ago, i saw 12 yr old kids wear bootleg bape on the bus. it was then when i sold my bape/bbc pieces. now the same kids are all over the hundreds. i think its time to move on to another brand....haha

but i give respect to nigo for building his dynasty in japan/usa. the guys opening cafe's and shit all over japan. i almost waited in line for his book signing in LA a couple months ago.
