i do like the products they sell but their customer service is super WACK!
i mean i stopped shopping at their shops cause when i walk in i feel like im getting grilled from the sales reps, they dont even say hi or ask you how u are doing and if they can help with anything. you guys def need to switch that up. confused

same. Haven't visited that many times, however the 3 I've been to have never been rude. 2 were quite friendly, one was pretty quiet but I made no effort to talk either.

If you're talking about the fleece shorts with the pinstripes...yey they run a little big. I'm a 30 waist and got a medium that fits fine...had previously ordered the large and swam in those badboys. Medium for a 32 waist seems small to me. If you got the cargo fleece shorts then I can't be of help.

be careful with PYS on the undftd clothes...looks like the stuff that didn't sell during the season. PYS is on point for kicks. Other online joints sell the latest undftd gear.

Yeah, I got the pinstripe ones... Maybe they feel big to me cuz I'm only 5'8... I was thinking of tossing them in the dryer to shrink em...

if anything,, they're fairly true to sz but the sleeves run longer than usual though imo.

if I wear a medium in other brands, but larges in SUPREME...go with a medium with UNDEFEATED?
