snug on the waste, but still a little loose in the leg area...i say go with the 34s for a little more baggy feel.

they've got a slimmer fit to them. not super tight, but not too baggy. unless you're sagging.

is it me or is the tough luck woven obey made a while back kind of long, bodywise? I just got one yesterday and its sorta long.. =[ like down to the crotch of my jeans
