the fact is that they have a shitty ass online store and tons of people around the world have to deal with this. just because i live in the bay (i live in san jose to be exact) does not mean i have time to drive down there and pick them up.

please stop posting useless ass posts that don't help whatsoever.

i knew what the service was like?

i thought they would at least get my package here within 2 weeks. i knew they werent going to send a tracking either way. and my situation isnt like that. im CANCELLING my order.. and i stil havent gotten my money back when its been a week and ive called three times, getting the same response each time.

and you dont know my situation. just because i live in the bay doesnt mean i have time every fucking weekend to go to sf to shop. and plus, they didnt even have the colorway i wanted so i ended up cancelling it.
