I think they're heading in the right direction. It's refreshing to see 3s redefine and mature in so little time - I'm looking forward to spring releases. TwelveBar & 10deep are the only other streetwear brands that are heading in the same direction. With all these changes the only concern is the price points - if they increase their prices too much then they'll cut off the base that got them to where they are.

theres actually another 3sixteen thread already. for some reason, two got created during the new year

Thanks for starting the '09 thread. We should be dropping our Spring '09 teaser early next week, and the full lookbook will be released by mid-January.

I can't wait for the new stuff, but there is still so many items I want from previous seasons. I still want the salt and pepper crew and a few utility shirts! I really hope to see more button ups for spring.

Still loving the denim a lot. Wore it out for New Year's Day morning bloody marys and breakfast.

So sad... Out of my own fault, one of the belt loops tore at the stitching sad. Prob not too bad, but I hope it doesn't get worse.

Happy new year's everyone. I like how we have two 2009 threads.

TigerPreezy - We're working on a system where customers can register their product with us to give feedback, get hemming on their jeans, or repairs if they happen to bust a belt loop drinking bloody mary's.

PM me, we might be able to fix it for you.

We weren't exactly pleased with how the samples came out, so instead of putting out a B+ product, we decided to wait and find the right manufacturers. We try to be very picky about product that hits the market and would rather cancel a style than put out something that we can't back fully. A pretty strong lineup of winter accessories will drop with Fall 09 line. I'm gonna be reviewing the samples this week.

As of now, no - our first priority is protecting our retailers and allowing them to sell through on our current season. Our Holiday collection is still pretty new so we'd prefer customers buy it from our accounts first and foremost. When the season is drawing closer to completion we may run some kind of sale, and we'll definitely post about it when that time comes.

Thanks for the continued support everyone.

For those of you who weren't aware, Digital Gravel has put together a charity effort called "The Water Project" to help raise funds for a clean water playpump to be built in Africa. They've assembed 10 companies who have donated designs to the project, and upon selling just 60 pieces of each graphic, the necessary $14,000 will be collected to have one installed.

Here's a quick summary of how a playpump works:

While children have fun spinning on the PlayPump merry-go-round (1), clean water is pumped (2) from underground (3) into a 2,500-liter tank (4), standing seven meters above the ground. A simple tap (5) makes it easy for adults and children to draw water. Excess water is diverted from the storage tank back down into the borehole (6).

The presence of pumps is important because it allows families to have easy access to clean water in a sustainable fashion, and allows kids to go to school instead of walking miles to obtain water for their home.

We were asked by DG to design a graphic that would be produced in limited quantities and sold on their site to help fund a playpump. Our designer, Jeff Hamada, created a graphic combining our logo and hundreds of water droplets of different sizes - here it is:

Last I checked, several sizes are already sold out from many of the designs already. If you're interested in supporting a very worthwhile cause, stop by www.digitalgravel.com/water and take a look at what's for sale. For more information on playpumps, you can hit up www.playpumps.org.

Thanks for reading!
