blind faith tee
Hello triumvir guys. Is the blind faith tee in white going to have felix be in burgundy? I figured as much from the hat. cuz white and burgundy would be awesome.

Just read Brandon's blog post titled,
Nom de Guerre Fall 2009 Lookbook
which mentions the film, Nanook of the North. The photo shoot definitely reminds me of that film as well. Interestingly enough, I learned this past year that much of the action was staged (including that clip posted of hunting the pole-- by this time, the Inuits hunted with guns regularly) and Nanook wasn't even his real name. (...Apparently the wife wasn't his wife either.) One of the most compelling facts that I learned was that this film was funded by a French fur company, which makes sense because of the way that the characters are dressed (they never appear cold, interestingly enough.) Hahaha, maybe the photo shoot and the movie have more similarities than what meets the eye.

Good shit on NdG, I've had that favorited since I saw it on HB a few days ago. Hopefully Triumvir can release something in the same style that's California-friendly. smile

it'd have been too much like the lion parka to do both red and black. plus, they had to think what if red didnt sell??? they dont want to be stuck.

It's one of my favorites. Not a fan of foil but the limited edition "Chinese New Years" colorway was one of my favorites.

I will say though, I'm curious to see a fuller image of "No Means Yes"... I'm a sucker for pop art.

EDIT: ^ Yo, what size was your Falkirk again?

From the Triumvir blog, 8/27/09

For all SF loyalists you probably wondered why we put SF sales to a halt a few months ago… it was simple… our license agreement with Capcom had ended… However I was not satisfied with myself at all and was not satisfied with the past SF Collections either. I told Brian that it felt like I started playing Street Fighter and I’ve ran out of quarters and just called it quits. I needed to finish this and I needed to beat the last boss. So I had Richard work out an extension with Capcom to complete one more collection of Street Fighter. The next collection aimed for December 2010 will incorporate cut & sew pieces like that of the first Shadaloo Collection we did last year… hopefully this time it can quiet me down…

I'm guessing that it will be a separate launch, Winter '10. I'm personally really looking forward to the cut and sew pieces-- really loved the Shadaloo collection and how Triumvir incorporated the Syndicate concept.
