i think BBC in the beginning wanted to test shit out to see how it would work...like the running dog hoodies and DND hoodies. but i think they learned what to do and not to do. i still like ALOT of their stuff from past seasons but i think BBC is heading in the right direction now.

i mean they sell well if its simple..for example, season 0 hoodies and shirts sold out quick as hell...and those were very plain

exactly. the DnD stuff got WAYYYY too "hood" and it was also the most faked stuff. I don't think pharrell wants that kind of look for his company (obviously) and im glad he is taking it in this direction.

retarded response? No, he is pissed that the BBC is progressing as a brand and moving away from the "urban" feel that they were. I have heard so many times that the new BBC line is just jacking RL and its ridiculous. So the brand is getting a more grown feel to it so it appeals to more people and a few people are mad because it doesn't have a metallic shine and make them stand out as much.

At least I had a response, if you don't have anything to contribute to the thread then why the fuck are you posting in it.

i really didnt like d&d and i'm not for the shiny stuff at all.
there's a thin line between being artistic and ahead of times with a certain sober style and identity and simple being...well, boring and uninspired.

There are quality pieces in this seasons range, it really depends on what your retailer orders. We usually get a fresh re-up from BBC/Ice Cream every two weeks and there are always items that take longer to catch on than others, but there are also items sell out immediately.

Sorry to steal the thread, but i have a few items for sale if some of you are interested. I figured if you like BBC, then Bape shouldn't be very far off.
The money goes to someone in need, so if you're not interested please take the time to let others know.

Thank you.

*It falls under the BAPE umbrella thats how I look at it. Plus it would be hypocritical if the brand was called "Billionaire Boys Club" and they had t-shirts that were $30. Just my opinion...
