those who bought like shitload of the cold as ice tee's when it released (as it didnt have an order limit) did they get all they ordered or did you cancel those?

It had a limit of 5 per order.

you gotta wonder; if more owners were this involved in the community how different things would be; it works for both parties; nick gets feedback from fans on designs and their thoughts and in return, gets to promote his product and we get sneak previews, first dibs, etc.

i know greg from mishka pokes his head in from time to time but i haven't seen anyone as involved as nick; as a result look at the insane amount of activity on the diamond threads compared to all the other brands; this was NOT the case earlier. from a business standpoint it's brilliant, i don't know why others aren't catching on. (well, i never considered how they might be lurkers or just read without getting involved). now, i guess you could make the argument for bigger brands that the owners could give a fuck and have bigger things to do then to post on the boards, but i think it's great how nick gets involved. i'd like to see more of the owners get involved too, guys from rogue, scott from 10 deep, jeff ng from staple, bobby from hundreds (he's posted a couple times), etc.
