i love the brand, but please stop making so many color-ways of EVERY design. this is the only brand that does this, and for whatever reason it bothers me.

the reason is already given above by that dude that just posted fools,,,,damn,,,,its called selections and variety ,,,,,what if a dude dont like red , black or colors you like,,but likes them other colors,,,,yall need to stop thinkin bout yourselves,,,,,,theres more than you 2 fans of Diamond,,,,,what you think all humans like the same color? common sense people......the fuck kinda question was that??

Everything Diamond makes besides what we do for the online store and the Diamond Shop in
LA is pre-sold before we make it. Since we ship shirts to all of our accounts in assorted colors they
have no choice in what colors they get.

If we pre-sell for instance 2,000 of one shirt design to be shipped to all of our accounts in the
world and we break it down into 6 different colors then that means that there is less than 350
shirts per color in the whole world. Making more colors makes each color harder to come by.

I personally don't like seeing someone in the exact same
shirt as me. I have always made most of the Diamond shirts in
a lot of different colors so that people buying them have less of a chance
bumping into someone else wearing the exact same shirt.

+ it gives you more options.

Zumies accounts don't get the same stuff as other Diamond Accounts.
We make them Zumies specific designs so that the mall shopping kids will
never have the same shirt as you unless they buy it from a regular Diamond retailer.

i get the concept that more colors= more options and i like the idea of not seeing that one other guy wearing the exact same thing as you in the same color. because i know it has happend to all of us walking around and seeing somone with the exact same thing as you in the same color and no matter how popular the brand is you still feel dumb walking by them and seeing that you both have the exact same thing as you have on

It makes sense...
you dont wana make alot of the same shirt because then people have a problem when they see everyone else is rockin it...
this way you still get what you want and dont have to look away when u see someone else wearing it
(in regards to color)

^ If the shirts are as limited as they are i doubt you will see people around you with the same shirt unless you on fairfax or something.

I have never seen someone with the same diamond shirt color but i have seen the same shirt diff color.

true but thats the thing the more colors there are the more of the chance you will see the same shirt in different color rather that see that shirt in the same color. because if Diamond made the shirt colorways in 2 colors thats a more of a chance to see that person with the same color as if they made that shirt in 6 colorways you would be alot less likely to see the shirt in the exact same color

and not to mention its alot better when you cant afford to buy a new to of kicks everytime you buy a new shirt just to have them coordinate

I agree with way nick says

compare it to sneakers. You go to the mall on a busy sunday. The day b4 some new gr nike af1 dropped but instead of getting the gr colorway that dropped you get the a tier zero edt that dropped the same day. The likelyness of seeing someone with the same shoe as you is highly un likely, yes u will see with an af1 but not the ones u got.

Now taking it back to tees, yes u can have the chance of running into some one with a diamond tee but with diamonds sales taticts, the chances of having someone with the same model tee is rare and then the chances of some one having the same color is very unlikely to happen.

Having different colorways rocks! If you love the shirt, but not a certain colorway, you have more options so you can like it. Some shit just looks better in different colors.

Anyway I hope my Diamond Supply Co. gear arrives this week! =]
