Foreal homie try the master cleanse. That shit works... I lost 20 lbs in 10 days. Google master cleanse or lemonade diet.
I did it 5 months ago and have not gained back a single pound.

U cant eat regular food for 10 days and it's hard as shit to do, but the end result is amazing. It really works.
When I was done with it I had way more energy. Just by changing my diet a little and not eating after 9pm I
lost an additional 10 lbs. So 30 lbs all together. Im skinny now and people think I am smoking crack, but I feel way better.
The only downside is some of my girls think I am to skinny and I also cant fit any of my old clothes.

As I was reading that it seemed like an advertisment. Towards the middle I thought you were playing with that story. Anyways man I'm like 275lbs. I'm trying to get to like 230 or 240.. Ill look into that ish you were talking about though..
The energy thing seems cool I'm always tired man. So I'm hooked on coffee and energy drinks. Ill check it out and let you know what's up. Haha than maybe I can buy xl... until then keep hitting me with them 3xl's cousin..
Ps what's the biggest size on them belts and denims ?

Yea it was like an ad because I tell people about it all the time. If you are 150 you will not die. haha
It is a cleanse and is good for you. If you are not fat you will not lose anything, but it will take all the
toxins out of your body and give you more energy. The belts are a big 1 size fits all and the denim goes up to a 38.

i lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks

no soda
no eating after 8:30
8 glasses of water a day (4 water bottles..warm is easier to get down but cold burns more calories)
eat a weight watchers "smart ones" atleast once a day as a meal (they are actually good..lean cuisine is terrible)
eat egg whites for breakfast

^^^ i love the weight watchers meals. im skinny and still eat them all the time. i have about 5 in my freezer right now. great choice for you guys wanting to shed some pounds.

Actually none of those will be available on friday.

It is all older stuff and samples that we had at our shipping
warehouse in the Bay Area.

We have over 1000 shirts for $20 bucks or less.

We have some good stuff that I didnt even know we had.

To comment on that lemonade/cleanse diet:

If you want to do a diet where you do eat food, and still get the same results, try the olive oil cleanse.

The only things you can eat are: boiled red potatoes, pineapple, 100% apple juice, water.

And every night before bed, you have to drink 9 oz. of straight up extra virgin olive oil.

I did 2 years back when I was still playing football, and I lost about 15-20lbs in 7 days. (7 day only diet)

DISCLAIMER: you will be shitting food from YEARS ago, and you will be going quite often.

Same with the lemonade diet except u drink a 9 0z glass of sea salt and water every morning. It makes u shit out everything that has been stuck in your colon your whole life.

I just hate pooing all day. I just got done being sick and crapping like 40x a day and throwing up. I just don't wanna crap all day especially at work.
But I gotta research it.
I don't get it though. I drink hella water all day. Never soda. And I don't eat much. But yet I'm pushin 275.....
I thought I was gonna lose some lbs from having the mudd butt. But no..

I'm gonna try that lemonade diet, after black friday. I'm gonna be out all day that day, and $1 cheesburgers are gonna be my best friend.

Will most definitely cruise by the shop and see what goodies they have from years back.

Its pretty funny what this thread turned into. now its a diamond supply x weight loss thread. Anyways I googled it and the first thing I read was very against this cleanse. and had some nasty pictures of dookies. Then I stumbled on some forum/message board. Its all about peoples cleanses. It looks like there is a big variety of cleanses out there.
So.... for those of you who tried this please list everything that you did throughout the day for your cleanse
Example what you had for breakfast
Then lunch and dinner.
I'm just curious what worked. I think I really wanna do this.
