Maybe. Or maybe he stole thousands of dollars, went on a shopping spree and bought the hoody, decided he didn't like it, and sold it for cheap. In turn, getting a profit.

The point I was trying to make was that you never know why that guy is selling it for that price. There are many reasons. It's not a big deal. And no, I am not that guy. Lol.
