i sense a trap... tempting the newbies to say something street culturish, and then reminding them that all the top high fashion designers do streetwear lines. Nice try.

Any company that has a cut & sew line is high end streetwear...streetwear by definition has no high end but that's another discussion...

High End streetwear... LOL great term
hahahahha
Bape
ALot of brand can do cut & sew so they r all high end.?

High End Streetwear- brands that doesnt exist in the mainstream business but somewhat of celebrities wearing them to bring heat causing the brand to be "High End" AND ya The Price. A not famous brand and having a price tag with 50+ up for a tee or 160+ for hoodie.

Anything that puts a lot of quality into the construction of their clothing and doesn't just print designs on stock stuff. MHI is a good example

Most highend streetwear brands are actually more exclusive and not readily available to north americans with exception to NY, Van, Toronto and LA and most of them are japanese brands, with a few exceptions.

Like SoundBomber said,

Number Nine
Mastermind
Visvim
Soph
PAM
Maharishi/MHI
Neighboorhood
BAPE
etc etc

In general most of these brands are a little more sophisticated (w/ acception to BAPE) for streetwear and are not for the average 10deep/Crooks/Hundreds Jo shmo kid.

when i think of high end street wear, i think of brands that cater to a very small market, mainly to the people within culture that it represents. for that reason, the designs are less likely to be consumed by the masses and will appeal more to people who consider themselves a part of that culture. It tends to be more expensive, retail prices, due to high quality materials used, and of course the way it is branded.

so brands like stussy and supreme wouldn't be considered high end street wear. they represent street cultures but its not very specific so it tends to appeal towards more people. also, the retail on their clothes tend not be as expensive as other high end street wear brands due to materials and quality of their clothing.

I can't say this is true for all the brands people have been listing but I'm generalizing off Japanese brands I'm aware of like Number Nine, Undercover, Neighborhood, Wtaps, Mastermind, Bounty Hunter...

feel free to agree or disagree, im just throwing it out there...
