I don't think they answer their emails.
I've been sending Greg emails for two years trying to get product into my three stores in the Bay Area with zero luck.
I even had a mutual friend of ours try and connect us and still no luck.
Eventually i just gave up...

You know as a store owner you should be a little more understanding in these situations. As a buisness grows sometimes miscomunication- loss of emails- ect happens. These things are not personal attacks or designed to be malicious! I have had quite a bad service experience in your store...now in this instance should i have put you on blast? Not really fair is it?
