i received my order almost 2 weeks ago. infact, they emailed me the tracking number when i had already received the package a few days earlier.

just got my stuff in today! apparently there was a big mix-up w/ my order, so they hooked me up w/ a Staboflauge Bear Mop tee from the S/S 07 line as a reconciliation!

hehe i preordered my space dot hoodies and haven't recieved anything i guess its cause i'm a international customer. Sent out 3 emails no responses so i've just given up, but i guess all i can do is complain on the internet smile

in their defense, i sent a few emails to mishka nd got a call from Greg himself. He was really helpful, and when he realized that one of the items i ordered was out of stock (hence delaying my order), he offered me a t from the s/s '07 line at no extra cost, and shipped it himself that night. cool guy.

yeah i heard part of the problem was that they ouitsourced some of their shipping and warehouse shiz. Like i said they seem like standup guys, but obviously some people had problems with their online orders. I'll still support them by bying in store however.

im just a lil bitter caz greg said he'd throw in a free tee (like he promised you), but when the package came in all i got was what i originally ordered.

Ok I might be thinking of somthing else but didnt they say they wherent taking international orders? and if you tryed they cancel it

Its true, I am not that bad of a guy...

I just got back from our warehouse (fullfillment center) in Jersey.

I guess there were like 18 orders that had been held cause there were missing pieces. i.e. when you ordered the item was already sold out.

Per my instructions they were told not to ship incomplete orders but to contact me first so we could get in touch with the kids and see what was up.

Soooo...if you are one of those lucky (unlucky) people that orders got shorted, we will be contacting you by monday to see if you want a refund, a partial refund or a replacement tee.

Thanks to everyone who ordered from our sale, and sorry for all of the confusion.

Spring is shipping NOW! Should be in stores by the end of the next week. Also keep checking our site in the next week for some exclusive ish...OH SNAP!
