Hoodies fit TTS (80/20 & 100 fit the same). I'm a slim 5'10" and prefer wear a medium, but can fit a large for a looser fit. Here is a fit pic comparing a medium and a large:

Wool and suede sleeve tees can be hand washed or dry cleaned to be on the safe side.
