I'm not even a Black Scale supporter. I thought the Black Boxes sucked and stated as such before. I got a bunch of BS stuff off PLNDR that I would have never gotten had I known it was inferior quality to what they usually put out. I wasn't happy about that, but not much you can do after the fact.

Go through the last two year threads (2012 and 2013) and note how many times he has been cool with customers and then when they speak out on something that is fucked up how he gets all pissy and plays a tough guy role. Mega clearly doesn't give a fuck about what anyone has to say and will continue to keep doing things the way he's doing them. Any complaints about the way he does business are falling on deaf ears anyways, so it's a waste of time to bring it up.
I think he comes off as an asshole sometimes, but I actually respect that he's consistent with that and not being fake trying to win people over. Personally, I don't need to like the way BS does business or handles CS, I just get the shit I like from them and that's it.

He doesn't care what you have to say and he's let that be known. You run a business and if you don't like criticism (which I have the right to express as a consumer) then I suggest you bow out and do something else with your life that doesn't involve you dealing with consumers.
