got a hole in my purple TNF daypack...Supreme said they would send me a new one, but purple was sold out, so they would send green...realized it was sort of a blessing because green was a better color...package got here today...opened it just now to find...a new purple backpack...damn supreme would send u a new one if the item broke? Or was the hole there when they shipped it to you?
well first and foremost The North Face has a lifetime warranty, so a little hole/tear in the fabric isn't supposed to happen after a few months of normal use. I know this, Supreme knows this. I sent them a pic and they said no problem, heres a return label. Their customer service as I have said before in this thread, is on point, when you truly have a problem.
