Supreme has always been more than fair with me when there is a problem. They sent me a new Kimmel jumpsuit when UPS straight up lost it - they didn't have to do anything, it wasn't their responsibility any longer and could have told me take it up with UPS. When buttons came off my N-3B i got new ones next day. They sent me new t-shirts when they were the wrong color. Actually they are sending me a new TNF daypack because i actually used it and i got a hole where the handle is stitched to the top. Didn't have my original color but they're sending me green.
I can't guarantee they'll help you out, I'm just saying they have been good to me.
