just caught my vietnam hat in the mail today. quality/material is way worse than i remember supreme being (haven't bought a snapback from them in years, only been buying occasional camps and beanies). its really flimsy and the snap is made of cheap(er) plastic. their ethic's really been demoralized over the years, but it happens to the best. got two box logo stickers (which girls seem to really like) and a get a life sticker though so i aint even that mad.

lulz at ppl bitching about the price of the crewneck then lining up to buy as many box logo hoodies as possible. The reason those crews are $8 more is b/c of the extra stitching.

because box logo hoodies flip for $100 more and crewnecks should cost less than $138 anyways, so it's not really "$8 more"

Supreme's HAD their name for years now, theres just new hypebeasts now instead of the old ones really. Random thought but I wonder if their old designers left or something because the tees this season aren't really edgy like they used to be like say the cut the crap tee or the protect and serve tee (though i still stand by my opinion that this season is decent) Altogether though, 2012 has been a bit of a let down compared with last year. Not gonna bother comparing seasons before that since yall already know.

Some of their designers/employees have left to create their own brands a la Acapulco Gold. I agree on the tees not being as edgy as their once were, such as the Adults Only tee, or JFK tee, Lolita Tee, or the Topless Kate Moss tee, etc. Clostest they've come lately is the Lead or Follow tee. Fuckouttahere w/ the Fried Chicken and cheerleader tee.

For me the designs or thought just isn't there anymore. I don't mind supreme becoming big( just like with diamond or any other brand) its just the integrity of the garment and prices don't add up.lets be real most companies are/were based off skateboarding and a lot of you niggas never been about that life, so leave that arguements out just like the rich kid arguement is crap. I just wish they stayed true to the base fan, niggas that were down with them since day one, to me supreme always had that edge of not giving a fuck and their older designs reflected that rebellion against society. I get making more of a luxury brand but damn son really 236 for some 405s, nigga that's insane, not even Japanese selvdege, feminine cut trucker jackets, 128 for a leopard belt, I mean hoodies are going up, they had arc sweaters before, them shits were 110. It's like I am paying a popularity tax on their shit now. Please can we stop with camp caps, and new eras look like shit, really leather visor, eighties called they want that shit back. I don't mind paying a premium for well thought out designs/cut sew but this shit is down right ugly and utterly disappointing. You can be progressive and fresh>>>>>>>>then selling because it's what hot in the streets. Just my tangent, give a fuck about anyone's op, just wish brands stayed true to their core fans, u can still make money without dumbing down a product to release to the masses
